Beverage 1:
Ingredient:
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 oz
- 2 oz cola
- 6 oz club soda

Method: Mix nutmeg syrup and cola. Pour over ice cream. Fill glass with club soda. Stir and serve topped with whipped cream. |

Ingredient:
• 2 oz
• 6 oz club soda
• 1 lemon slice
• fresh grated nutmeg
Method:
Mix nutmeg syrup and club soda. Add cracked ice. Top with grated nutmeg. Serve with a slice of lemon.
Beverage 3:
Ingredient:
· 3 tablespoons of Penang Nutmeg syrup
· 2 oz of Lemon juice
· 1 bottle of Stout
Method:
Mix lemon juice, nutmeg syrup and stout.
Add ice and stir.
Serve with a twist of lime.
